outside eye implements the entire casting procedure in collaboration with the creative team and by taking into account the respective production’s administration and human resources: audition planning and realisation, cast proposals and performer selection. As well as the casting supervision by order of the producer during auditions at home and abroad.

In accordance with the casting assignment, outside eye provides pianists, readers, language, acting and singing coaches as well as the administrative staff. It also provides translations of the audition dialogues. Vocal scores for new songs can be produced upon request.

outside eye monitors postproduction as well as information and contact transfer for contract negotiations. It also monitors recasting for re-openings and replacements during the running production.

outside eye proposes casting directors for castings abroad and conducts the assignment on behalf of the producer. outside eye also monitors the coordination during castings abroad as well as the casting supervision for auditions - including the final selection.
