Swiss Brigitte Oelke lives in Berlin and is starring in a leading role in the new show “The One” at the Friedrichspalast. The stage- and costume are designed by Jean Paul Gautier. For ten years she has been “the” Killer Queen in the musical We Will Rock You.
 
Private Session is the start of a series of concerts conceptualized and made available for guest performances starting 2017 by the artist herself after sold-out concerts in Bielefeld and St. Gallen.
 
Brian May describes the artist as a person with “elegance, power and a killer voice.”
 
She presents German and English musical songs in a jazzy, lyrical, rocking style embedded in in dreamy piano and cello arrangements. She will also gladly bring guests from her circle of colleagues.
 
The amiable singer with the great voice impressively interprets songs as Heaven On Their Minds (Jesus Christ Superstar) or The Last Dance (Elisabeth) originally composed for male voices. She also surprses the audience with beautiful songs from musicals as Sunset Boulevard, Jekyll & Hyde, Sweeney Todd, The Secret Garden, Les Misérables, Lunch and Funny Girl and many more.
