Dagmar Windisch is a creative and executive producer with more than 20 years of experience in artistic development, production, organization and general management of musicals and other stage events.

Between 1998 and 2004, she established the segments for  production and license acquisition for BB Promotion – an international promotor and agency based in Mannheim – and served the BB Group Gmbh until 2014 and other event businesses until today.

 

She works as a theater and musical producer, as creative advisor, strategy and production consultant, and acquires new projects regularly.
The artistic development of musical productions as well as the initiation, negotiation, and structuring of international co-productions in commercial theater are her areas of expertise. She developed a widespread network for her circle of clients. Since 2015, she is independtly active with her company - outside eye – working on tour- and sit-down productions as well as guest performances.
