outside eye provides all services of a casting director including casting supervision and arranges auditions or parts which the client wishes to outsource. outside eye reviews applications, schedules auditions and dance calls, provides  song scores and rehearsal scenes, makes arrangements for locations, pianists etc. in Austria and Germany.
